I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the basketball tryouts and training programs organized by Heights Basketball Training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or accident. I understand that these risks may result in physical injury or damage to personal property. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the tryouts, I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Heights Basketball Training, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from my participation in the tryouts, including but not limited to any injuries sustained during the event. I consent for my child to participate in emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand that Heights Basketball Training does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants. I also grant permission for Heights Basketball Training to take photographs and/or videos of my child during tryouts and training sessions. I understand that these images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and other marketing materials. By signing this waiver, I certify that my child is physically fit and capable of participating in the tryouts and that I have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I also acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release.
